Israel stocks lower at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.42%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 lost 0.42%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA), which rose 12.58% or 2850 points to trade at 25500 at the close. Meanwhile, Liveperson (TASE:LPSN) added 5.23% or 600 points to end at 12080 and Nice Ltd (TASE:NICE) was up 2.09% or 1290 points to 62980 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Melisron (TASE:MLSR), which fell 5.44% or 760 points to trade at 13200 at the close. Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO) declined 4.15% or 1940 points to end at 44800 and Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:AZRG) was down 3.67% or 730 points to 19170.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 245 to 150 and 32 ended unchanged.

Shares in Nice Ltd (TASE:NICE) rose to all time highs; up 2.09% or 1290 to 62980.

Crude oil for June delivery was down 2.14% or 0.53 to $24.21 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 3.75% or 1.16 to hit $29.81 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.92% or 15.75 to trade at $1698.15 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was down 0.01% to 3.5090, while EUR/ILS fell 0.29% to 3.7929.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.48% at 100.248.
