Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.97%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.97%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG), which rose 7.96% or 787 points to trade at 10670 at the close. Meanwhile, Delek Drilling LP (TASE:DEDRp) added 3.03% or 12 points to end at 411 and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA) was up 2.92% or 121 points to 4260 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were OPKO Health Inc (TASE:OPK), which fell 4.81% or 47 points to trade at 938 at the close. Gazit Globe Ltd (TASE:GZT) declined 1.86% or 43 points to end at 2264 and Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:AMOT) was down 1.34% or 24 points to 1772.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 215 to 158 and 42 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for July delivery was up 3.32% or 1.06 to $33.02 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 2.25% or 0.78 to hit $35.43 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.34% or 5.95 to trade at $1751.55 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.06% to 3.5146, while EUR/ILS rose 0.61% to 3.8594.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.19% at 99.180.
