Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.87%

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.87%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (SE:7201), which rose 4.01% or 1.45 points to trade at 37.65 at the close. Meanwhile, The National Co for Glass Industrie (SE:2150) added 3.07% or 0.48 points to end at 16.10 and AlJazira Mawten REIT (SE:4331) was up 2.66% or 0.34 points to 13.10 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were City Cement Co (SE:3003), which fell 4.50% or 0.76 points to trade at 16.14 at the close. Southern Province Cement Co. (SE:3050) declined 4.23% or 2.40 points to end at 54.30 and Yanbu Cement Co. (SE:3060) was down 3.78% or 1.10 points to 28.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 141 to 48 and 11 ended unchanged.

Shares in Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (SE:7201) rose to all time highs; up 4.01% or 1.45 to 37.65.

Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.76% or 0.30 to $39.40 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.88% or 0.37 to hit $41.48 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.40% or 7.10 to trade at $1788.30 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.12% to 4.2101, while USD/SAR rose 0.03% to 3.7510.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 97.483.
