The firm reported earnings per share of $0.64 on revenue of $6.36B. Analysts polled by forecast EPS of $0.6 on revenue of $6.35B. That compared to EPS of $0.62 on revenue of $6.29B in the same period a year earlier. The company had reported EPS of $0.57 on revenue of $6.04B in the previous quarter.

Mondelez shares lost 0.04% to trade at $52.83 in after-hours trade following the report.
