Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.67%

At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 0.67%.

The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN), which rose 11.72% or 99.00 points to trade at 944.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE:MVNE) added 4.68% or 42.20 points to end at 945.00 and Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG) was up 3.06% or 162.00 points to 5,450.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM), which fell 3.64% or 510.00 points to trade at 13,490.00 at the close. OPC Energy Ltd (TASE:OPCE) declined 2.91% or 71.00 points to end at 2,368.00 and Kenon Holdings Ltd (TASE:KEN) was down 1.66% or 147.00 points to 8,725.00.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 267 to 194 and 36 ended unchanged.

Shares in Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM) fell to 52-week lows; down 3.64% or 510.00 to 13,490.00.

Crude oil for August delivery was up 3.30% or 2.30 to $72.09 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.80% or 0.61 to hit $76.86 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.11% or 2.15 to trade at $1,931.65 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was unchanged 0.07% to 3.70, while EUR/ILS fell 0.18% to 4.02.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.25% at 102.92.
